Payment Deadline: Sites will be allocated once payment is received.
Insurance Requirement:

A copy of public liability insurance must be forwarded with each application.
Additional Notes:

Site Allocation: Sites will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after this.

Setup Guidelines: Stall setup can commence from 8 am on Saturday. All vehicles must be removed and parked in designated areas by 9 am. Pack-up should be completed by 9 pm on the same day.
