  • Each stall space is 3x3m 

  • unpowered sites $20.

  • Powered sites $25​

  • Payment Deadline: Sites will be allocated once payment is received.


Insurance Requirement:

  • A copy of public liability insurance must be forwarded with each application.


Additional Notes:

  • Site Allocation: Sites will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

  • Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after this.

  • Setup Guidelines: Stall setup can commence from 8 am on Saturday, March 1st. All vehicles must be removed and parked in designated areas by 9 am. Pack-up should be completed by 9 pm on the same day.
